Dr. Carter graduated from Howard University, College of Medicine in 1988 and completed his residency at Emory University in 1992. He is a board certified physician, a research fellow at the National Institutes of Health, and has had advanced training in SA Liposculpture, Vaser, Power assisted Liposculpture and Smart Lipo.
